Aperol Spritz

Aperol, Prosecco, splash of soda. Orange.

Ingredients

• 3 oz Prosecco
• 2 oz Aperol
• 1 splash Soda water
• Orange slice

Method

1. Build over ice in a wine glass: Prosecco first, then Aperol, top with soda.
2. Garnish with the orange slice.
