Gin and homemade lime cordial. Crisp and pale.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Lime Cordial
• Lime wheel

Method

1. Shake with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lime wheel.
