Mint Julep

Bourbon, mint, sugar, crushed ice.

Ingredients

• 2.5 oz Bourbon
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup
• 8 leaves Mint
• Crushed ice

Method

1. Gently press the mint with the syrup.
2. Add bourbon, pack with crushed ice, and stir until frosty.
3. Crown with a mint bouquet.
