Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 3 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 slice Banana

Method

1. Muddle the sugar with the bitters, add the bourbon and banana, and stir with ice.
2. Strain over a big cube.
