Old Fashioned

Bourbon, sugar, Angostura, lemon twist.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 3 dash Angostura bitters
• Lemon twist

Method

1. Muddle the sugar with the bitters and a bar spoon of water.
2. Add bourbon, stir with ice, and strain over a big cube.
3. Express the lemon twist.
