Smoked Old Fashioned

Old Fashioned with a mezcal float and smoked rosemary.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.25 oz Mezcal
• 1 tsp Demerara syrup
• 3 dash Angostura bitters
• Smoked rosemary

Method

1. Stir the bourbon, mezcal, syrup, and bitters with ice.
2. Strain over a big cube and garnish with the smoked rosemary.
